P.W. Baxter & Associates Pty Ltd (PWB) is a privately owned construction company operating primarily in the Northern Territory, and at times in Northern Queensland.
Our spectrum of operations spans many areas, including:

- Innovative Design & Construct;
- Construction Management.
Over the last 30 years of operation, our track record indicates we have always completed projects on time. We have completed a vast range of projects that are diverse in nature. These have included Defence projects, new schools, hospital works, remote area works, and prestigious residential dwellings.
Three decades of experience in a dynamic and variable industry has meant that PWB has participated in a wide variety of industry niches. These experiences have served to expand our knowledge and ability to take on projects of almost any calibre with confidence that we can provide project delivery of the highest standard - on budget, on time, and in a safe and efficient manner.
We are conversant with commercial reality and are aware that strict governance issues, in respect to a Client’s board and stakeholders, guard their operations. With this in mind we work closely with our Clients to develop project delivery techniques that
ensure value for money, maximum efficiency,
quality, and safety.

Baxter & Associates Pty Ltd is a member of the Territory Construction Association, the Queensland Master Builders’ Association, and the Green Building Council of Australia and an integral part of our company management systems are our Quality Assurance, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Systems.
